I was assigned to conduct a detailed case study to improve the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the cart flow on Russell Books' website, focusing on identifying and resolving pain points in the book selection and purchase process.
I observed users and collected data as they navigated the Russell Books website. I applied the 10 usability heuristics to evaluate the website's performance, identifying what worked well and what didn't. I then collaborated with my colleagues to discuss our findings and ensure we had a comprehensive understanding of the user's journey.
