I was tasked with conducting an observation activity, where I observed users interacting with the Money Manager App without guiding their actions. The aim was to identify gaps in the user experience and propose solutions.

Based on this field research, I created a Journey Map to visually depict the users' experience of downloading and using the Money Manager App. The map highlights user actions, emotional states, and pain points, and proposes solutions for an improved experience.
