In this project, I modeled a door in four distinct parts: the frame, panels, door handles, and fasteners. I imported a reference image and started with a cube, manipulating it to create the first pillar of the door frame. I inserted edge loops and adjusted vertices to refine the shape, then mirrored the pillar to achieve symmetry before adding additional detail. For the door hinges, I manipulated a cylinder, while the rivets on the fasteners were created using spheres, adjusting a 20-sided sphere to an 8-sided one. I enjoyed this project for the artistic liberties it allowed me to explore.
